Rates and appointments

My rates are sliding scale $110 – $150 depending upon your income level.

10am, 11:30 am, 1 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8 pm

Tues:
10 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, and 6:30 pm

Fri:
10 am, 11:30 am, and 1 pm

Appointments Central Berkeley Office

Wednesdays:
11:30 am, 1 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, and 6:30 pm

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 72 hours or 3 days notice are required for all cancellations, short of emergencies, with full payment due for less.  A weeks notice is best and preferred. Please note from the time you make your appointment all other clients are bared from receiving it and it is held specifically for you. When you cancel on short notice it is too late to offer to others and the work and therapy time are wasted. I appreciate your understanding and consideration.

HOW TO CANCEL
Please cancel all appointments with at least two ways of contact: Phone message, text, or email and all three are preferred. It is easy to miss a text or email but both are unlikely. I will always immediately reply, acknowledge, and confirm a cancellation. If I do not reply I have not received the message and the appointment is not yet cancelled. Thank you.
